Meeting called to order by: Bruce T.

Secretary Report: Reported by Betsy. Bob V motioned, 2nd by Bob M, motion to approve minutes was approved by all.
Treasurers Report: Reported by Bob V. A motion was passed to repay Bob M for fees that were encountered while creating a new webpage for Area 74 District 17.
Web Master: Reported by Bob M. Bob explained that the transitions between both the treasury and webmaster roles have been extensive and moving along in a positive manner. There has been limited ability and access to the current page due to an unknown email of a past deceased webmaster. Bob is in the process of creating a new webpage.
Men’s Corrections: Jeff reported that continued support is available to Iron County inmates on a regular basis; however, no men are showing an interest in attending the available AA meeting. Jeff has a meeting scheduled with the Public Defender and assistant Public Defender to discuss proactive ways AA can help before their release.
Women’s Corrections: A CHAIRPERSON IS IN NEED.
Public Information Committee: No Report
Intergroup Committee: The Intergroup on 4/11/26 was well attended, however, the GSR meeting prior to dinner was very poorly attended. There is an upcoming Intergroup in Crystal Falls, WI on May 9, 2026, at the Crystal Falls Township Hall. 3:00 Corrections meeting, 4:00 GSR meeting, 5:00 Dinner and 6:00 Speakers. Dinner will be Sloppy Joes, coleslaw, and potato salad. Please bring a dish to pass if able.
Speaker Meeting: The monthly speaker meeting held at 401 Clubhouse will be May 16, with food and fellowship beginning at 5 pm CST. Speaker begins at 6:00.
Old business :
**The sale of 50/50 raffle tickets cannot be printed on the flyer for any upcoming speaker meetings.
**500 cards have been printed up the QR code. An anonymous donor has paid for the expense.
New business:
**A 7:00 pm Thursday meeting in Crystal Falls, is in the beginning planning stage of starting up.

Secretary Report
Secretary Report : Reported by Betsy. Bob V motioned, seconded by Bob M. Motion to approve minutes was unanimously passed.
Treasurer’s Report
Treasurer’s Report : Reported by Bob V. A motion was approved to reimburse Bob M for fees incurred during the creation of a new webpage for Area 74 District 17.
Webmaster Report
Web Master: Reported by Bob M. He shared that the transitions between both the treasury and webmaster roles have been extensive and are progressing positively. Access to the current webpage is limited due to an unknown email associated with a past deceased webmaster. Bob is currently developing a new webpage.
Men’s Corrections Report
Men’s Corrections : Jeff reported ongoing support for Iron County inmates. Despite regular availability, no men have shown interest in attending AA meetings. Jeff has scheduled a meeting with the Public Defender and Assistant Public Defender to discuss proactive ways AA can assist before inmates are released.
Women’s Corrections Report
Women’s Corrections : The position of Chairperson is currently vacant and needs to be filled.
Public Information Committee
Public Information Committee : No report was provided.
Intergroup Committee
Intergroup Committee : The Intergroup held on 4/11/26 was well attended, but the GSR meeting prior to dinner was very poorly attended. The next Intergroup will take place in Crystal Falls, WI, on May 9, 2026, at the Crystal Falls Township Hall. The schedule is as follows: Corrections meeting at 3:00 PM, GSR meeting at 4:00 PM, dinner at 5:00 PM, and speakers at 6:00 PM. Dinner will include Sloppy Joes, coleslaw, and potato salad. Attendees are encouraged to bring a dish to pass if possible.
Speaker Meeting
Speaker Meeting : The monthly speaker meeting at 401 Clubhouse will be held May 16. Food and fellowship will begin at 5:00 PM CST, with the speaker starting at 6:00 PM.
Old Business
• The sale of 50/50 raffle tickets cannot be advertised on flyers for any upcoming speaker meetings.
• 500 cards with a QR code have been printed. The expense was covered by an anonymous donor.
New Business
• Plans are underway to start a 7:00 PM Thursday meeting in Crystal Falls.
